Volunteer at the INW Classic
The success of the INW Classic relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers. Your support is essential in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for athletes and spectators alike.
Volunteer Roles
We have a variety of roles to suit different skills and interests:
- Judges: Oversee athlete performance and ensure standards are met.
- CrossFit® 2025 JUDGES COURSE required.
- Equipment Team: Manage and organize competition equipment.
- Medical Team: Provide medical assistance and ensure participant safety.
- Athlete Control: Coordinate athlete flow and staging.
- Main Booth & Check-In: Assist with attendee information and athlete registration.
- Competition Set-Up Team: Prepare the venue before event days.
Note: Competition Set-Up & Tear Down Team volunteers are needed on August 15, 16, and 17.
During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your experience and preferred roles.

- Competition Set-Up: August 15, 2025
- Competition Days: August 16-17, 2025
Volunteer Shifts
- Friday, August 15:
- Set up: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, August 16:
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday, August 17:
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Tear down: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
